Connect your workspace in three steps.
Steps
- Connect Slack — authorize the workspace so notifbuddy can post.
- Connect Linear — install the app to sync issues and statuses.
- Configure channel rules — pick when channels open (see Templates).
Prefer the terminal? The CLI covers the same steps with
notifbuddy connect and notifbuddy settings, and its bundled skill lets a
coding agent such as Claude Code run the whole onboarding for you.
Invite your team
Invite teammates from Settings → Organization, either by typing an email address or with Import from Slack, which lists your synced Slack workspace members so you can select several at once. Each selected person still receives an email invitation. The picker only lists people who can actually be invited: members whose email isn't visible to the Slack app, and people who are already members or already invited, are left out (a footnote shows how many). If someone is missing, use the re-sync button in the picker to refresh the member list from Slack.
